HI Paid Media

The way it runs

Clear steps, clear ownership, no surprises in scope

Every engagement starts with questions about your offer, your buyers and your current tools, then moves to a written scope.

Request, scope, build, launch

Four stages, in order.

  1. You send a request through this site and it goes to a service partner.
  2. The partner agrees scope with you and quotes directly.
  3. With access to your accounts, the partner builds the campaigns, pages and tracking you agreed.
  4. After your sign-off, campaigns launch and reporting starts on the schedule in your agreement.

A buyer's scoping list

Use this to compare partners on the same terms.

  • Channels in scope, named one by one
  • Number of campaigns and landing pages included
  • Which conversions will be tracked, and how
  • Whether CRM or inbox routing is included
  • Reporting frequency and format
  • What is one-time setup and what is ongoing
  • Notice period and how access is handed back
  • Who owns pages, creative and copy once they are paid for

Who owns what

  • Ad accounts. Yours, opened in your business name with your billing details.
  • Pixels and tags. Yours, inside your Meta business account and your Google Tag Manager container.
  • Analytics and conversion data. Yours, in your GA4 property and ad accounts.
  • Inquiry data. Yours, in your CRM or inbox.
  • Landing pages. On your website, or a page builder account in your name if that is agreed.

The partner gets user access to each one through the platform's own roles, and you can remove it at any time.

Staying in control after launch

You keep the final say on budget, offers and wording after campaigns go live. The partner manages the day-to-day detail and reports on it, and you decide what changes. A few habits help. Log in to your ad accounts now and then and compare what you see with the latest report. Keep a shared document of agreed changes. Raise problems with inquiries quickly, such as the wrong locations or the wrong kind of buyer, so targeting can be corrected. If the work stops suiting you, give notice as your agreement says, remove access and keep your accounts as they are.

A few details about your business is enough to begin. A service partner replies to you directly.
